At St Mawes Nursery we encourage independence and curiousity. We have a range of resources for the children to explore through choice as well as areas set up by adults to stimulate learning.
Being part of Castle Class provides the children with opportunities to learn social skills and expectations of school life.
We have an Early Years display where the children can share their learning and celebrate achievements with others. We also use Tapestry which is an online tool that we use to document the assessment of the children through observation. Observations are also encouraged with any home learning or ‘Wow moments’.
